FRIGHTENING48 FILM CHALLENGE WEEKEND REGISTRATION

Teams of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate. All short films must be produced in the Peace Region to qualify for entry. PRIMAA is happy to help individuals find a team to join.

FILMING WEEKEND

6 pm Friday Oct. 4, 2024 until 6 pm, Sunday Oct. 6, 2024

ALL FILMS must be handed in by 6 pm on Sunday to qualify.

ENTRY FEE

Team Registration Fee - $30

Only one fee is required per team. PRIMAA membership is not required.

PROCESS

The Start

Starter packages will be emailed to all teams on (date TBA).

Each team will be given their starter package.  All teams will have to include a specific prop and line of dialogue in their film. The prop and dialogue line will be the same for all teams. Each of these must be included in your final short film project to qualify.

The End

Completed 2-7 minute projects are to be turned in by 6 pm Sunday to compete for prizes. Late entries will be accepted until 9pm Sunday, however late entries will be exempt from prizes. Entries after 9pm Sunday will not be accepted. For more details see the full Rules and Regulations.

All participants will be entered into a draw for various participation prizes. PRIMAA will be handing out two award titles for Judges’ and Audience’s Choice.
